They will set up a new company registered in the tax haven Isle of Man and called NEPI Rockcastle PLC, which could become one of the largest real estate companies in the region.

NEPI had net assets worth EUR 1.76 billion at the end of September. It is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), as well as on the Johannesburg (JSE) bourse.
